The Wescotts

The Wescotts at Spruce Lodge are four new townhouses new in 2004. Spruce Lodge is located on Sentinel Road (Route 73) inside Lake Placid. Each townhouse is 1600 square feet and has three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.

The amenities include, two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi in the upstairs bathroom, two gas fireplaces (one in the livingroom and one in the master bedroom), fully equipped kitchen, tv, vcr/dvd, washer/dryer and all the linens. Each unit has a deck that overlooks the Lower Mill Pond and the Sentinel Mountain Range. Spruce Lodge is within a mile of the Olympic Center and a ten mile radius of all area activities.

Rates: $325 for two, $10 for each additional person.
Summer time from July 1st through Labor Day - Four Night Minimum
Christmas Week and President's Week - Four Night Minimum

$275 for two, $10 for each additional person
Weekends: January & February, June, September through Columbus Day - Two night minimum

$225 for two, $10 for each additional person
Off-season- March through May, Columbus Day to Christmas - Two Night Minimum
Sunday through Thursday, January & February, June, September through Columbus Day Two night Minimum

All rates above are on a per night basis. Monthly rates range from $2250 to $3900. Sales tax included with all rates above. Each townhouse is set up to sleep 6 people. It is our policy here at Spruce Lodge not to overfill our units. Therefore, we will not allow more than 6 people per unit. These are NON-SMOKING units. Guests can smoke on the outside decks but not inside. We require a $500 refundable damage deposit. Guests who smoke in the units will not have their deposit refunded.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made one month prior to arrival. Cancellations made within one month of arrival, the guest is responsible for half the stay. Cancellations made within one week of or after arrival, the guest is responsible for the entire stay.
 

The first floor includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath.
