Bed & Breakfast and Guest Cottage

Spruce Lodge Nightly Rates

*The Cottage can accommodate up to 8 people.  It is a fully self contained unit with 2 bedrooms, living room with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen.  Breakfast is not included with the Cottage.  It has a two night minimum stay.

Wescott Rates (available June 2004)

***All Wescott rentals require a four night minimum for July, August and holiday rentals.  A two night minimum stay is required for all other In-Season and Off-Season dates. Rates are based upon two people per night, $10 per additional people.

7.25% New York State Sales Tax and a 3% Essex County Occupancy Tax are additional to all of the rates listed above.

For the business traveler, the Spruce Lodge has internet access, a fax machine, and a photo copier available on-site.

A continental breakfast is served every morning at 8:00 AM with bed and breakfast rooms, consisting of hot and cold cereals, breads, and a variety of beverages.

A one night's deposit by cash, Discover, MasterCard, Visa or personal check is required at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations for bed and breakfast rooms must be made one week prior to arrival.. Cancellations made after that date are subject to a charge for half the stay, unless we can fill their reservations.  In cases of early checkouts, the guests are responsible for the entire stay.  We will try to fill the rest of their reservation. If we are successful, we will refund the remaining balance.  Cancellation for the townhouses must be made no later than one month prior to arrival..  If cancellation is made within one month of arrival, the guest is responsible for half of the stay. The guest is responsible for the original reservation when any changes, that decreases the length of stay or number of people, are made after one month prior to arrival.

Check-in time is at 2pm, and Check-out time is at 10am.  Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed.
